Anyone, anywhere is welcome to enroll in one of our online child care classes. If your state does have a training approval process, that information is detailed below.  Your state may not specifically approve trainings toward the required hours of professional development that you need each year.  If so, you may use these classes!  Please note that you may also use these class hours towards 120 hours needed for the CDA certificate.

GEORGIA

• Some classes are approved by Bright From the Start, the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning.  Instructor has State-Approved Trainer Code TR-BFTS-635. 

• Classes that are submitted to and processed by the Georgia Child Care Training Approval System:

AJL1-Positive Discipline (6 clock hours)

AJL2-Using Books and Stories with Young Children (3 clock hours)

AJL3-Proud to Be a Professional! (3 clock hours)

AJL5-Infant and Toddler Care (4 clock hours)

AJL6-Preschool Science: A Sense of Wonder and Discovery (4 clock hours)

AJL7-Learning Styles (3 clock hours)

BJL2-Developmentally Appropriate Practice: Choosing toys and art activities (4 clock hours)

BJL5-Separation Anxiety (3 clock hours)

CJL1-Taming Temper Tantrums (6 clock hours)

DJL3-Potty Training in Child Care (1 clock hour)

DJL4-Marketing Your Child Care Program (6 clock hours)

• Upon completion of a class, we will send you a certificate reflecting the class title, student name, hours of training, Instructor training code, and date of completion.
