All online childcare training classes are available in Kentucky !

Anyone, anywhere is welcome to enroll in one of our online child care classes. If your state does have a training approval process, that information is detailed below. Your state may not specifically approve trainings toward the required hours of professional development that you need each year. If so, you may use these classes! Please note that you may also use these class hours towards 120 hours needed for the CDA certificate.

Kentucky

    • Classes are approved/posted to ECE-TRIS. Remember to check the calendar each time you pick a class.

ENROLL IN A CLASS NOW

  • Upon instructor review and successful completion of a class, we will send you a certificate reflecting the class title, student name, hours of training, CDA Competency Goal, and date of completion.

  • If you would like credit on the Early Care and Education Training Records Information System (ECE-TRIS)*, you will need to complete the following forms and send to ECE-TRIS DIRECTLY:

      PLEASE NOTE: You are also required to submit a copy of your certificate and Brochure/Booklet/Pamphlet describing workshops/sessions/clock hours.

      *(Early Care and Education Training Records Information System - or ECE-TRIS- is Kentucky's training data base. The system houses Early Care and Education professionals individual training record as well as serves as a data base for Kentucky's Credentialed Trainers to use in maintaining their training records.)
